TRIZ and Thinking Algorithms

Initially, G.S. Altshuller and his like-minded colleagues faced the task of forming a methodology that would enhance the efficiency of the creative activity of technical specialists. A vast amount of research on the work products of numerous inventors from around the world was required to gradually, step by step, year after year, generalize their experience and create a generalized picture of effective creativity. Throughout the process of generalization, the results constantly needed practical verification and adjustment. Therefore, the emphasis was placed on the technology of inventive work. The theoretical platform for this work was gradually born as the effectiveness of the rapidly developing technology was proven. As a result, practical and theoretical aspects became tightly intertwined with each other. This hinders the scientific understanding of the established body of knowledge, and thus its development.

The objectives of this book:
o to highlight the theoretical essence of Altshuller's algorithmic methodology, which has long spread beyond solving inventive problems;
o to demonstrate the capabilities of multi-purpose algorithmic thinking, where the foundation is His Majesty Method.
The book is intended for specialists mastering and applying TRIZ technologies, educators and students of higher and secondary educational institutions of technical and humanitarian orientation, school teachers, as well as anyone wishing to understand what TRIZ really is and how to significantly enhance the efficiency of their thinking with simple means.
