The Egyptian Book of the Dead. The Word of the One Aspirating Towards the Light

Every person has their star hour, the main event that colors their entire existence with the light of truth. For the inhabitant of Ancient Egypt, this event was burial. The entire life of an ancient Egyptian was a preparation for the great journey into the afterlife. It was only with death that the true assessment of what was done during the brief earthly existence came, forever determining the future of the soul of the inhabitant of the Nile valley. Therefore, the Book of the Dead, which was placed in the coffin of each deceased, can rightfully be called the main book of the ancient Egyptian.
