Reading the Bible. Morning and Evening

The reader, turning the pages of this book each morning, will hear a "calm quiet voice" that, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, will convey God's words to their soul. The human mind tires of monotony, so we tried... to make the ways of presentation in this book diverse: sometimes it was persuasion, then a monologue, then a conversation; narrating from the first, second, or third person and using singular and plural forms, we aimed to avoid repetitions and standard clichés so that our reader would not get bored. We sought to make our book as interesting as possible, which is why we chose unconventional passages of Scripture and tried to illuminate questions that are usually not given due attention.
