Time of the Shinigami

The soul collector Ren receives the throne of the goddess of death, but power over all the evil spirits of Japan does not bring the desired peace. She has lost her fiancé and brother, her subjects regard the daughter of the British reaper and the Japanese shinigami as a foreigner, and an old enemy is on her heels. Ren must reclaim her brother and, much more importantly, his love, and in an unexpected alliance, fight against someone who dreams of seeing her – and all of Japan – destroyed.
