The novel "Star Ticket" is a story about two brothers, Denisov, Viktor and Dmitry. There is an 11-year age difference between them and a chasm in their understanding of each other. While Viktor, the pride of his parents, defends his doctoral dissertation, Dmitry runs away from home in search of his calling. A film based on the novel titled "My Younger Brother" was made, with leading roles played by Alexander Zbruev, Oleg Efremov, and Andrei Mironov.
