Storm

One night during a storm on the Lofoten Islands near the fishing village of Reine, a landslide occurs from a mountain. A deep crevice is formed, revealing what at first glance appears to be old human bones. Only very small ones.
In the village boarding house, there is a resident who was injured in a fire. The fire took away his sight and speech, and he cannot complain to anyone that the pain is worsening, as someone is doing everything possible to make him suffer more day by day.
"Storm" by Frode Granhus (1965–2017) is an example of a Scandinavian detective story, where the plot keeps the reader in suspense until the last page and does not allow them to put the book down.
