A villain for a witch. The key to the dream

The list of my achievements is impressive: I defeated a dangerous enemy - once, saved the world - two, met an unbearable dragon - three. And you won’t be able to get rid of the latter, just get used to... it and be happy. What did I forget while the witch’s potion was brewing? How is it possible that I will not be happy until I understand the enmity of two ancient peoples? Where to go? To a castle in the air and get a magic book there?
