Turkish Language. Self-Study Guide

This self-study guide is intended for those who study the Turkish language independently. It allows the development of speaking skills necessary for communication and reading simple literature, and mastering the basics of grammar: the lessons of the self-study guide familiarize... learners with grammatical features of the language, as well as common conversational and everyday vocabulary. Having mastered it, one can easily handle any situation during direct communication with the residents of Turkey. To quickly memorize common speech constructions, pay close attention to the dialogues, in which the participants' speech is accompanied by transliteration (the thematic list is included in the table of contents). 
In each lesson of the self-study guide, you will find descriptions of lexical-grammatical categories of all parts of speech, exercises to memorize the material studied, and texts using active speech structures. To check the completed exercises, lesson keys are provided at the end of the book. The lessons of the self-study guide are supplemented with a dictionary that can be used to translate unfamiliar words encountered in the exercises. The book also contains information of a cultural nature that will certainly be useful during your travels in Turkey.
