Felt toy «Leo the Lion» DIY

    A soft toy made of colored felt is a great gift idea! With this kit, you will easily create the toy yourself, and you will need nothing else.

      Kit composition:

    • Leo the Lion figure made of felt – 1 pc. (11 x 15 cm)

    • Felt blanks with perforated holes

    • Safe plastic needle – 1 pc. (5 cm)

    • Filler

    • Threads in black, yellow, orange, brown colors

    How to sew the toy?

1. Embroider the mouth with a double «forward needle» stitch. Sew the muzzle and belly to the front part of the body, aligning the corresponding holes.

2. Insert the ears into the slits. Sew the mane to the front part of the body, aligning the corresponding holes

3. Sew the mane to the back part of the body, aligning the corresponding holes.

4. Fold the body parts together and sew them together, inserting the tail between them and aligning the necessary holes.

Leave an unstitched hole!

5. Through the remaining hole, stuff the toy with filler.

6. Sew up the hole. The toy is ready!

    You can sew using the «forward needle» technique or a double «forward needle» stitch. Instructions are depicted on the back of the packaging.
