How to embroider?

Before starting the embroidery, the edges of the canvas should be processed, either by sewing on a machine or by hand.
Find the center. Determine it visually or fold the fabric in half twice and carefully mark the middle with a pencil. Insert the canvas into the hoops. Align the center of the canvas with the center on the scheme, marked with squares, contrasting outlines, and arrows.
Embroider with cross-stitches using 4 threads. Take the thread of the desired color, separate 2 strands from it, and thread it through the needle. Secure the thread from the back. Avoid knots during work.
