Harry Langa, the son of Polish Jews, was born in the city of Kozhnitsy. Together with his brothers, Meilech and Moyshale, he learned the watchmaking craft from their father from a young age. When World War II began and the Langa family found themselves under the threat of extermination, Harry and his brothers could not have imagined that their father's tools would become their salvation. In the face of constant deadly threat, they repaired watches for the Nazis in the ghetto and death camps. Again and again, the brothers bought back their lives by working in unbearable conditions.
