Miracle in the Poskokov Gorge

Setting: Dalmatian Zagorje, that is somewhere in the mountains, in the middle of nowhere.
Main characters: an autocratic father and his four sons. They live like savages. They eat polenta every day and can't cook anything else. They have their own laws that everyone must follow, otherwise, fists will come into play.
Intrigue: the oldest brother, Kreshimir, decides to get married, realizing that their community needs a woman's touch.
Dialogues: hooliganistic, on the edge of foul.
Characters: original, described so vividly that they will remain in the readers' memory for a long time, like characters from Kusturica's movies.
