Genius and Goddess

A love triangle… It seems like a rather banal story. But this is not the case. The plot of the novel is indeed quite simple: a famous scientist has a wife of divine beauty. And a young talented student. Of course, a passion ignites between the student and the “goddess.” This can lead to nothing good. What else can one expect from a love triangle? But Aldous Huxley managed to imbue this story with depth, addressing the most important questions about fate and personal choice, about the confrontation of emotions with rational beginnings, about duty, honor, and love.
