The Logic of Life

Since ancient times, humans have sought to study the structure of living organisms, to break them down into parts, to understand "how it all works." For a long time, it was believed that any living being consists of organs or... parts with specific functions, and this knowledge seemed exhaustive. However, after the discovery of the cell, an understanding began to emerge that living organisms consist of many structures nested within each other like matryoshka dolls. Later, chromosomes and genes were discovered, followed by the molecule of DNA, the fundamental basis of every organism, its properties, and hereditary traits. It seemed that this was it, the final station. But who knows what research tomorrow will break our objects into new structures, to reassemble them in a different space? What new matryoshka will be presented to us?
