Who needs to brutally kill twenty-year-old beauties? What drives someone to kidnap a young girl, hold her captive for several days, torture and maim her, and then slit her artery and throw her body in a garbage bin?
Detective Erica Foster works in the documentation department and doesn't investigate murders, but this case won't let her rest. In her view, the police are acting too slowly while the maniac continues to take young lives with impunity. Erica is convinced that only she can stop the wave of crimes. Convincing her sworn enemy to take her on the lowest position in the homicide department, Erica takes on the investigation.
