Mother

There is nothing stronger than a mother's love, but sometimes it has a destructive power because, like any medicine, in too large doses it becomes poison. Félicité Kaznav is the embodiment of excessive care; she treats her fifty-year-old son like a weak and foolish child. However, against his mother's will, he marries the young neighbor Mathilde. Félicité burns with jealousy and vows never to let her son go, so she starts a real war with her true enemy – the calculating daughter-in-law.
