Wild Boys

«Wild Boys, or The Book of the Dead», the first novel of the «London» trilogy, which also includes «The Dissolver» and «The Port of Saints», tells the story of a group of teenage looters terrorizing the cities of North Africa. In Burroughs' grotesque, romantic, nightmarish masterpiece, technology, flesh, and violence penetrate each other, merging into a bacchanalia of mutual destruction. This work inspired the band Duran Duran to create the famous song of the same name from the album Arena.
