The police in Helsingborg are struggling to maintain order in the city. Chaos reigns on the streets, and people are engulfed in fear. A brutal serial killer strikes again. He has no clear motives, only an inexplicable desire to kill. The crimes are so random that it is impossible to decipher the logic of the maniac and predict who will be his next victim.
