Thus arose a «narrative with real names, dates, and locations» about special people who dedicated themselves to the theater: actors, directors, set designers, entrepreneurs, and others. Uncle Gilyai-the chronicler gifted a vivid and bright picture not only of the stages and backstage but also of the entire turn of the 19th–20th centuries.
