When parts of human bodies are found on the banks of the Thames, Inspector Angelica Henley is assigned to catch the criminal. Dark echoes of the past lead her to Peter Olivier, nicknamed The Killer with the Saw, who is currently serving a life sentence for a series of horrific murders.
