The Mather family has a bad reputation in Salem. Centuries ago, due to priest Cotton Mather, a witch hunt was declared in the town. Dozens of people were executed on charges of witchcraft. Their descendants still keep the memory of the grim tragedy.

The appearance of Samantha Mather, one of this cursed lineage, again brings death to Salem. The girl is haunted by misfortunes. She is hated and avoided at school, people glance at her sideways on the street. The spirits want Samantha Mather to leave Salem forever. The townspeople dream of taking revenge on her.
