The series of gastronomic guides "Taste Geography" is an author's perspective by journalist Nika Ganich (TV channel "Kukhня ТВ") on the best gourmet spots in various countries and regions. Each book provides author's descriptions of the best restaurants — from... fine dining to simple cafes — where you can try the most delicious and authentic gastronomic dishes of the country. Nika Ganich and her team first selected the best restaurants and cafes based on surveys and ratings, opinions, and recommendations, and then personally visited each of the described places. In addition, the book includes recipes for the dishes that were liked, which can be easily prepared at home.
