The Bureau of Education Protection continues its activities. While Na Khwadjin is dealing with the case of a preschool boy, Im Hallim independently confronts the hooligan boys who terrorize the entire school for the first time. However, this time the opponent shows no remorse and is ready to simply endure all educational measures to start causing chaos again after the Bureau leaves. For the first time, inspectors must help not just a couple of students, but hundreds of teenagers with nowhere to go. However, how to do this if the legislation is not at the victim's side at all?
The methods of the Bureau of Education Protection seem cruel to many, but in reality, they are extremely effective, as they help establish peace even in the most troubled schools, and the worst bullies receive a priceless lesson and recognize what true education is.
