Forest Paths — a colorful puzzle game where you will help forest spirits find their way among the trees. Compete with the whole family or tackle challenges in a special single-player mode. In the magical forest live various spirit-animals. Agile hares, noble deer, singing birds, and charming frogs need your help. Create paths in the impenetrable thicket to help them explore their domain. Complete tasks, collect multi-step combinations, and wander through the forest paths with the spirits.
 
Each hexagonal tile in the game is a double-sided tile that can be part of a forest path or a task. Your spirit-animals will travel along the path, gathering resources: berries and flowers, mushrooms and minerals, leaves and dewdrops. Completed tasks will earn you victory points. The more complex the tasks and longer the paths, the closer you are to that coveted victory. But which strategy to choose? Complete many small but simple and not very valuable tasks? Or plan for a long time to then pave a winding path through the entire forest?
 
The rules of the game are wonderfully accessible, so grab a bag and sit the whole family at the table, young and old alike. You simply take tiles from the market, attach them to your forest clearing — and that's it! But the forest hides many secrets and even dangers. Be careful when planning your route, as one mistake can lead to unpleasant consequences.
 
At the start of the game, each player has 4 animal figures and a starting tile. The remaining tiles go into the bag, and there are always 6 available on the market. 
If you place a tile face up, it becomes a forest tile with a resource, and your animal can walk on it like on a path. If you place a tile face down — it becomes a task, completing which will earn you the specified victory points. You can place tiles in any way, as long as they touch at least one side.
 
On your turn, perform the following steps in order:
1. Refresh the market tiles and, if desired, update it.
To refresh the market, flip your completed task tile — at the end of the game, it will incur 1 penalty point
2. Place a tile from the market in your forest, choosing one of two options:
— take 2 forest tiles
— or take 1 task tile and place your animal figure on it
3. Complete the task (optional).
Walk along the specified path, moving your animal. Set aside the tile with the completed task, and flip the tile where your figure stopped — it is now a new task. In one turn, you can complete several tasks and walk along the paths with multiple figures. If you manage to complete between 2 to 5 tasks in a turn, take the corresponding combination card.
 
The game ends when the tiles in the bag run out or when a player completes a certain number of tasks. Then the round is played out to the end, and scoring begins. Players earn points for completed tasks and combination cards. Who managed to become the best helper of the spirits?
