Theory and Practice of Tai Chi Qigong

Tai Chi Qigong is one of the varieties of Qigong. Qigong is a Chinese system of gymnastics. «Qi» is any type of biological energy circulating in a living organism and the universal substance of the universe. «Gong» is work, labor. Therefore, in a narrow sense, Qigong is the work with the energies of the body.

Tai Chi Qigong consists of movements of Chinese gymnastics that stimulate our own forces aimed at self-healing. In China, such exercises are called «rejuvenation exercises». They can be performed at home, in nature, or even at the workplace. Tai Chi Qigong is most effective with minimal time expenditure, is easy to master, and requires minimal space.
