Ichor

Thomas Bessonov arrives in his hometown Kostugai to settle family affairs. He goes to a nursing home where his grandfather spent his last days. There, he receives a mysterious manuscript that tells the fate of a certain Rita, who became... caught in the vortex of the Civil War. Rita also ended up in the nursing home, and now she demands that Thomas become her secretary instead of his grandfather. In return, she promises money and healing with the mysterious ichor — Thomas is exhausted from coughing. Soon, Thomas realizes that strange things are happening in the nursing home, and in the city as a whole; the elderly living in this nursing home are involved in a bloody cult: every year they choose a king or queen…
