Tomorrow I will definitely quit. Take the first step to fight addiction today

Addiction is neither weakness nor a bad habit. It is a complex trap that people fall into while trying to escape from pain, loneliness, or reality. What if your love for fitness or your habit of working tirelessly is also an addiction? Just like that of a drug addict or an alcoholic, simply approved by society.

Igor Lazarev is a psychiatrist-narcologist with 15 years of experience, psychotherapist, candidate of medical sciences, one of the leading specialists in Russia in the field of addiction treatment. Head of a network of mental health medical centers in Saint Petersburg.

This book is a complete and frank guide to all types of addictions: chemical, non-chemical, and socially acceptable. You will not only recognize the enemy but also understand its nature. Why does the craving arise? How to distinguish between a habit and a disease? And, most importantly, what to do?

All substances discussed in the book are presented in a strict scientific and clinical context. The text does not contain propaganda and does not serve as a guide to action.
