Board Game - Oriflamme. Alliance

"Oriflamme. Alliance" is the third part of the game "Oriflamme". It is an independent game in the series that can be combined with the first and second parts into one session if desired. In the game "Oriflamme. Alliance," players have the option to form alliances and negotiate with others. A new mechanic added on two cards allows for reservation effects, thereby keeping the card in front of oneself rather than in the sequence of events. The third part features 10 new cards that will allow players to balance between enmity and diplomacy.

How to play?
All players receive the same set of 10 cards, but for the session, only 7 are randomly selected from them. The session consists of 6 rounds. Each round consists of 2 phases.
1. Planning phase.
All players take turns playing one card from their hand into a common sequence of events in the center of the table. A card can be placed face up or face down. This allows for traps to be built and opponents to be surprised by unexpected effects during the game. Each card has its own effect, such as attacking, reacting to an attack, gaining influence tokens, moving cards in the sequence of events, and others.
2. Event phase.
Effects of cards in the sequence of events are applied, starting with the first card. If a card is face down, the owner decides whether to reveal it and activate its effect or leave it face down and accumulate influence tokens on it. Effects of face-up cards are applied without fail.
At the end of the 6th round, the session concludes, and the winner is determined by the number of influence points.
