SEGURO. Spanish Language. Practical Course. Advanced Level. Textbook for Universities

The textbook «SEGURO Practical Course of the Spanish Language (Advanced Level)» is designed for students of humanitarian faculties of higher educational institutions and students of linguistic classes in schools, as well as a wide range of individuals studying Spanish at... foreign language courses or independently, who have basic knowledge of Spanish equivalent to one year of study and are interested in the culture, literature, and folklore of Spain. 
The publication represents an intensive course of 10 lessons, allowing deepening knowledge in Spanish grammar, expanding vocabulary, developing speaking skills, listening, and written and oral translation. 
The texts consist of fragments of journalistic and artistic works by Spanish authors. 
Grammatical explanations fully correspond to the approaches of modern Spanish grammar of the Royal Academy. 
The main focus is on explaining the subjunctive mood, reinforcing the indicative and imperative forms. 
The course is designed for 130 hours of classroom work and 20 hours of independent work and corresponds to an intermediate-advanced level of language proficiency (B1-B2). 
The materials have been tested at the Faculty of Philology of Lomonosov Moscow State University for 5 years.
