How to play?

There are no canonical rules for the card game «Mafia». Our card set offers a widely known version of the rules among fans of this game, popular for the so-called «salon mafia».

We have updated the set of cards. In our version of the board card game «Mafia», characters can easily transform from «peaceful residents» into «maniacs», «priests», or any other type of character. You can read more about these characters online.

Game process

Before starting the game, children study the cards and get acquainted with the characters, determining the composition and order of play. It is more interesting to play «Mafia» with 9-12 people.

Recommended card set depending on the number of players:

• 6-8 participants – host, mafia (2), commissioner, doctor, peaceful residents (1-3);

• 9-10 participants – host, mafia (3), commissioner, doctor, peaceful residents (3-4);

• 11-14 participants – host, mafia (4), commissioner, doctor, peaceful residents (4-6).
