Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky is a Russian and Soviet self-taught scientist who developed issues of astronautics and was involved in space exploration. The ideas expressed by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and the discoveries he made greatly contributed to the development of domestic astronautics. In addition to the technical developments themselves, he thought a lot about the philosophical problems of space.
