In the Heart of Parma

Formally, this is a guidebook, but in reality, it is nothing of the sort. This is a true, serious non-fiction work presented in the form of a guidebook. In other words, it is a book about a powerful and unusual... cultural phenomenon that encompasses everything that is currently on trend: paganism, shamans, sword battles, treasure, fortresses, magical forests, mysteries, and magic - a full-blooded and exciting world of fantasy. The paradox is that all of this actually existed. Moreover, it exists even now. From this material, I created a novel, while Yulia Zaitseva and her team crafted a work of a completely different kind. We, the authors, rely on absolutely accurate facts; they are just so astonishing that they seem like plots straight out of Tolkien or the setting of "Game of Thrones."
In short, "In the Heart of Parma" is not a guide to a specific place or my novel, but to a fantasy universe. With this guidebook, a person kind of arrives inside fantasy - whether actually or virtually. The book is written in a vibrant, easy, and modern language, sometimes with irony; it resembles a friendly conversation rather than a lecture. It has a stylish design and authorial illustrations.
