Dinosaurs of Russia. Past, Present, Future

For more than a hundred years, Russia was a giant white spot in the history of dinosaurs. The search and study of Russian dinosaur remains were hindered by many factors: a shortage of specialists, the geological history of the region, the remoteness of promising locations. Dinosaur finds were limited to a few bones, and only in the last twenty to thirty years has the situation changed sharply and radically. Five major and globally significant locations have been discovered.
