Board game Monopolist

A monopolist is a large entrepreneur who controls the entire market. Sounds tempting, doesn't it? Conquer the big city with your charm and tough strategy: buy, sell and rent out any buildings. Start your journey together with your competitors from the... “Forward” cell, determining the turn of moves by throwing the dice - whoever has the most points goes first. Once you find a vacant plot that has not yet been purchased by anyone, you can buy it. If you cannot afford such a purchase, the land will be auctioned off by the bank. The other player who offers the highest price is obliged to buy this plot. You can collect rent from players staying on your property. Houses and hotels built on lots in the same group increase the cost of rent. If you lack funds, you can mortgage one or more of your plots. You must fulfill all requirements shown on the Chance and Community Chest cards. And be careful - your competitors will be very happy if you go to jail. Game duration: 20-60 minutes
