Pushkin Travels. From Moscow to Erzurum

Traveling is a special theme in Pushkin's biography: the chronicle of the poet's wanderings is woven into his biographical canvas. It is impossible to tell how many inspired lines were born under the clatter of hooves and the rattling of... wheels. And how many travel impressions later "grew" into the vibrant poetic fabric of Pushkin's masterpieces in his study… Truly, the muse of travel was benevolent to the poet.
The book "Pushkin Travels. From Moscow to Erzurum" consists of two parts: "Earthly Journeys of the Poet" and "Journeys Through Time and Space".
Surprisingly, our first "non-traveling" poet, Pushkin, who dreamt of "foreign lands", seemed to have visited them after his earthly life. A genius has much foreseen. But even Pushkin, who predicted for himself all-Russian and European fame, could not have imagined that his heroes would "speak" in almost all languages of the world!
