The war is monstrous, especially if it is interstellar. Fugitives from a doomed planet, exhausted, willing to do anything for the survival of their race, armed with the knowledge of a civilization that has outpaced Earthlings for centuries, found themselves... on a planet boiling with passions, hatred, wars, and revolutions in the first half of the twenty-first century... A short roar echoed, turning the working atmosphere of the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation into something resembling the feverish atmosphere of a major company's office during a crisis.
