A classic memory game - Memo, designed for the smallest ones. Large beautifully illustrated cards made of thick cardboard are perfect for little hands. This fun game trains memory and stimulates the cognitive development of the child.
1. Classic "Memo" (for toddlers)
This is the main mode aimed at developing memory and concentration:
— Preparation: Shuffle all 24 cards and lay them face down (picture side down) on a flat surface.
— Gameplay: Players take turns flipping over any two cards.
— Finding a pair: If the pictures on the cards match (for example, two bears), the player takes the pair and can make another move. If they do not match: If the pictures are different, they need to be flipped back face down and left in the same places, and the turn passes to the next participant.
— Victory: The game ends when there are no more cards on the table. The one who collected the most pairs wins.
2. "Find the half" (Introductory mode)
If the child is still too small for a full memory game, try the simplified version:
— Lay all the cards picture side up.
— Ask the little one to find the pair for a specific animal (for example: "Where is the second giraffe?").
— This helps the child become familiar with the characters (bear, owl, deer, whale, snail) and learn to match identical objects.
3. Development of speech and outlook
Use the cards as educational material:
— Studying animals: Discuss who is depicted in the picture, where this animal lives and what sounds it makes.
— Comparison: Point out details to the child - for example, on the cards with bears, one is large and the other is small.
Included:
— 24 cards;
— instruction.
Number of players: 1-4
