This guide is dedicated to one of the relevant issues in the clinical examination of patients with various pathologies - manual muscle testing. The author has presented extensive clinical and theoretical material concerning the structure and functioning of 53 skeletal... muscles as clearly and sequentially as possible, detailing the practical aspects of their anatomy and testing. For this purpose, the Atlas includes more than 750 photographs and illustrations. In clinical aspects, using the example of the most typical muscle disorders, it is shown how manual muscle testing can serve as a valuable and often the only criterion for interpreting numerous patient complaints and symptoms. This guide can in no way replace lectures with an instructor, but serves as a kind of textbook on manual muscle testing.
