Finances are a whole world that business owners dislike diving into because "there's a lot that's unclear and very... complicated." Irina Yekimovskikh has laid everything out so simply and vividly that I have no questions left for her, but I have many questions for myself: "why didn't I do this earlier." An effective businessman is not only one who deals with lead generation, scaling, and sales, but also one who understands that first and foremost he needs to figure out how he can influence cash flows, increase margin profitability, and calculate costs.
