The latest book from the experts of the "big three" - strategic consultants BCG reveals the secrets of successful adaptation of the world's leading companies to the pandemic and other modern challenges.

This is the first book on business strategy created since the spread of COVID-19 and translated into Russian. It is based on over 100 interviews with high-ranking executives and dozens of practical examples from companies such as Natura, Siemens, Adobe, John Deere, Microsoft, Nike, and many others, as well as an extensive BCG database consulted by companies around the world on strategy and development issues.
