To find answers to the questions tormenting him and uncover the truth about what has happened, Batman must embark on a long journey through the ruins of a shattered civilization. Accompanying the hero is a rather unusual travel companion – the chatty head of the Joker in a glass jar, and on the way, he will encounter friends and enemies who have changed beyond recognition: from the hopeless Wonder Woman to Lex Luthor, who worships Superman. However, the main mystery that the Dark Knight must solve is – what dark evil has arisen in his hometown? Who is this mysterious man known as Omega, who rules Gotham with an iron fist?
And how is everything that is happening connected to an old case about a dead boy in Crime Alley?..
