The ship's doctor Lemuel Gulliver has always dreamed of the sea. Together with him, we embark on an unusual journey, full of dangers and adventures.
After a shipwreck, Gulliver is washed ashore in the land of Lilliput, where tiny people live, only three inches tall, where the tallest trees are no higher than a currant bush, and the largest houses are smaller than a table. Having lived for a whole six months in captivity, after his miraculous rescue, he finds himself back on the deck of a ship and, by the will of fate, ends up in the land of giants – Brobdingnag.
Every day Gulliver faces trials, for even wasps here are as large as a big grouse, and his most dangerous enemy becomes the evil royal dwarf...
This book presents a retelling for children of the two most interesting parts of Jonathan Swift's novel: "A Voyage to Lilliput" and "A Voyage to Brobdingnag".
Magnificent illustrations are created by the famous artist Vladimir Shevchenko
