With Ice

After the scandal in Oslo, detective Morten Sørensen finds himself in Skardvik, where the body of sixteen-year-old Lina Myhre is discovered. The details of the crime frighteningly coincide with a recurring dream about his missing daughter: a frozen lake, a red scarf, figures in hoods, the cracking of ice. While the locals speak of a ritual that should stop the harsh winter, the investigation delves deeper into the life of the northern town, where everyone is withholding something. He has to deal not only with the evidence but also with his own fears, because this case hits too close to home.
