Between Love and Hate

To pretend to be a couple with my arch-enemy in order to get the perfect bakery seemed like a trivial matter. Until I had to fall in love with him.
Dominic Hardy is, of course, an architect-engineer with a bunch of prestigious degrees and awards, but he doesn't know a thing about baking. He doesn't even like sugar!
So when my late stepfather's will announced that Dominic would inherit the resort on the Pacific coast - the project of his life - along with my bakery, he grimaces in disgust. And my jaw drops as soon as the notary announces another point: the design of my bakery requires our mutual approval.
But then Dominic makes an offer I can't refuse. He will give me the bakery of my dreams if I agree for five months to:
- pretend to be a couple;
- fend off his ex by portraying passionate love;
- smile at him in public and gaze into those piercing green eyes.
Maybe even kiss.
Nothing complicated.
But between hate and love lies a thin line, and it seems I've made a colossal mistake by crossing it.
