But the protectors are mired in routine: Maximus is gradually learning to live in the guise of a half-star, while the incessant Sarah comes to him in dreams, asking for help. Free, in an attempt to understand her new powers, is forced to turn to a forgotten past, while Stefan remembers how to work in a team. It seemed that nothing worse could happen from Antares to Earth.

But there are things that are feared on both sides of the airwaves. One of those things the protectors had to confront. And then Darkness extended a helping hand to them.
