Board Game - School of Magic and Wizardry

The board game «School of Magic and Wizardry» is an exciting game where you can learn the art of magic and become a great wizard!

Welcome to the School of Magic and Wizardry! You are about to become true wizards! You will learn to use spells, master the secrets of potion-making, fight terrifying monsters, and make new friends.
Embark on a journey full of dangerous adventures!

Objective of the game:
To acquire as much magical skill as possible. The player whose magic skills add up to the highest number of points by the end of the game wins.

Place the game board in the center of the table. Divide the cards into two decks: «Magical Skill» and «Battle». Shuffle each deck thoroughly and place them face down next to the game board. Choose your tokens and place them on the starting position in the center of the board.

Decide in any convenient way who will go first. For example, the first player could be the one who last read or watched something related to the game theme. Or the player who rolled the highest number on the dice. The turn then proceeds clockwise.
On their turn, a player rolls the dice and moves their token the number of spaces rolled. Movement from the start must begin from the space indicated by the red arrow. You can move in any direction along the chosen path, but cannot go back and forth on the same path for two consecutive turns. Participants can land on the same space during the game. Depending on the space where the token lands, the player performs different actions as stated in the instructions.

Cards «Magical Skill»
In this deck, you will encounter cards that can support or hinder other players, aid you during battles, and allow you to accumulate magical skills. «Magical Skill» cards can be obtained in two ways: by landing on the corresponding space on the board or through battle results. Each «Magical Skill» card specifies the number of magic skills required to calculate the magical skill obtained at the end of the game. Some cards also specify bonuses necessary for battles.

Cards «Battle»
Each «Battle» card indicates the strength of the opponent you will face in battle. To fight, a player must calculate their strength by rolling the dice and adding the value rolled to the bonuses provided by the «Magical Skill» cards laid out in front of them. If the bonuses on the cards laid out are not enough for victory, the player may supplement with cards from their hand.

The game ends when one of the players takes the last card from the «Magical Skill» deck. After that, the calculation of magic skills from the cards in players' hands begins. «Magical Skill» cards laid out in front of the players on the table do not count. The player with the highest number of magic skills at the end of the game wins.
