There have long been dark rumors about the national park in Portugal. It is said that people often go missing here. After all, the beauty of nature can be deceptively treacherous.

Wanting to escape from painful childhood memories and herself, Kir... Templer sets off in a trailer through the picturesque national park in Portugal. The only person she keeps in touch with is her twin brother Penny. From each memorable place, Kir sends him a hand-drawn map.
When Penny doesn't receive the last map, he feels that something terrible has happened. The police refuse to investigate his sister's disappearance, but Penny is sure—Kir is still out there, in the forest thickets, and she needs help.
For Detective Ellin Warner, this trip was a good opportunity to recover from her last case and to mend her relationship with her brother Isaac. But, as it turns out, they didn’t come to Portugal just for that—Isaac wants to find his friend's missing sister. In the park, Ellin gets a bad feeling after encountering suspicious campers. And soon she realizes that there is something more sinister in this wilderness than dark shadows at night…
