This "workbook" is connected to the book "You Have Everything Inside You. The Psychology of a Full Life": there are 175 texts-observations-reflections-awarenesses there, and here are 175 tasks for your observations-reflections-awarenesses. The numbering of the tasks corresponds to the texts in the book. The questions in this workbook do not have and cannot have specific "correct" answers, but at the end of each task, there is a suggestion to notice, name, and experience the feelings that arise only for you. If you find it difficult to complete a task — it's okay, you can return to it later or skip it altogether.

The tasks in the workbook can be completed both independently and in parallel with reading the book (read the text — complete the corresponding task), or there is also the option to move in a purely intuitive order (for example, open the book in the morning to a random page — read the text and complete the corresponding task in the workbook).
