Development of Phonemic Perception and Skills of Sound Analysis and Synthesis in Games and Exercises

This manual is intended for speech therapists, defectologists, parents, as well as governors working with children with various phonemic perception disorders and insufficiently developed skills of sound analysis and synthesis. It contains exercises aimed not only at improving sound analysis... and synthesis, developing phonemic perception, but also at enhancing various types of attention, increasing the pace of cognitive operations, as well as expanding the active vocabulary and improving motor coordination. Regular execution of the recommended tasks will ensure a sufficiently high dynamics in correctional and developmental work and will facilitate the prevention and correction of writing and reading disorders related to phonemic perception disorders.
