Attempting to apply a functional approach to modern physics - one of the main concepts in domestic Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) - has allowed us to look at such a familiar concept as "force" in a new light,... necessitating the introduction of the concept of "connection" and leading to the foundations of a completely different physics than what has been taught in schools until now.
Based on the results obtained, a refinement of several fundamental concepts is proposed, as well as the introduction of a number of new ones, which has led to the formation of a somewhat different TRIZ than what is described in the overwhelming majority of books on this topic, refocusing it on the analysis and improvement of processes, thereby deepening the physical meaning of all traditional and newly proposed tools discussed in this book.
Taking all this into account, a general sequence for using TRIZ tools for setting up and solving problems, regardless of their nature, has been constructed, and brief algorithms for their application are provided.
Based on the results obtained, examples of setting up and solving various practical problems are presented.
